Kalle and Ryan’s Club at Hillbrook wedding felt like stepping into a storybook: one filled with quiet beauty, intentional details, and the kind of magic that happens when two people create something deeply personal together. Their vision of an enchanted woodland forest couldn’t have been more perfect for Hillbrook’s lush, green setting. Tucked away in Chagrin Falls, the venue already feels like a hidden escape, and with the addition of layered greenery indoors by Plantscaping Blooms, it became something even more special.
The entire day felt soft, organic, and alive. Greenery spilled across tables, climbed toward the ceiling, and wrapped the space in warmth. It was elegant without feeling formal, intentional without feeling overdone simply a beautiful reflection of Kalle and Ryan.

Getting Ready Inside Hillbrook’s Historic Tudor Mansion
One of the most meaningful parts of hosting their wedding at Hillbrook was being able to spend the entire day in one place. The historic Tudor mansion, with its old-world charm, rich wood tones, and beautiful natural light, created the perfect environment for a slow, peaceful morning.
Kalle was surrounded by her closest friends as she got ready, the room filled with quiet excitement and anticipation. Every detail she chose reflected care and thoughtfulness including one of the most personal design elements of the day. Their stationer, Brittney Nichole, created a custom blue and white toile pattern that illustrated meaningful pieces of their story. This pattern appeared throughout their wedding from invitations to signage to decor creating a sense of continuity and intention that guests could feel.
It was more than just beautiful. It was theirs.

A Sweet and Intimate First Look
Kalle and Ryan chose to share their first look outside on the lower level of Hillbrook’s grounds, tucked beneath the terrace. It was quiet and private, yet their family watched from above, witnessing the moment from a distance.
When Ryan turned and saw Kalle, everything else seemed to fall away. The nerves, the anticipation it all softened into joy. They smiled, laughed, and simply held each other for a moment, grounding themselves before the day unfolded. Having their family nearby made it even more meaningful. It was one of those moments that felt both intimate and shared at the same time.

Bridal Party in Soft Shades of Blue
Kalle’s bridal party wore varying shades of blue, a choice that felt both timeless and effortlessly elegant. The different tones added depth and texture while still feeling cohesive, especially alongside the lush greenery that defined the day.
Standing together against Hillbrook’s natural backdrop, the blues felt calm and romantic perfectly complementing the enchanted woodland atmosphere. It was a beautiful reflection of Kalle’s vision: thoughtful, soft, and deeply intentional.

Club at Hillbrook Wedding Ceremony in the Tea Garden
Their ceremony took place in Hillbrook’s Tea Garden, one of the most peaceful and inviting spaces on the property. Surrounded by greenery and natural beauty, it felt like a hidden garden prepared just for them.
As Kalle walked down the aisle toward Ryan, there was a quiet reverence in the air. The setting didn’t need anything elaborate, it was already perfect. The lush greenery framed the moment naturally, allowing their connection and emotion to remain at the center.
There was a gentleness to the ceremony. It felt grounded, heartfelt, and full of meaning.

A Reception Glowing with Lush Greenery and Light

As guests moved inside for the reception, they were welcomed into a space that felt warm, alive, and inviting. Tables were adorned with lush greenery, white peonies, and soft blue florals that tied everything together beautifully. Their custom toile pattern appeared throughout the space, adding personal touches that made the entire room feel uniquely theirs.
Above them, one of the most magical elements of the day came to life a ceiling installation filled with greenery and delicate twinkling lights. It created the feeling of lightning bugs floating overhead, casting a soft glow across the room and transforming the space into something truly enchanting.
The rest of the evening unfolded exactly as it should sweet speeches that brought laughter and tears, joyful embraces between friends and family, and a dance floor that stayed full late into the night.
Kalle and Ryan’s Club at Hillbrook wedding wasn’t just beautiful, it was deeply heartfelt. Every detail created an atmosphere of warmth, intention, and quiet magic. It was a celebration not just of their love, but of the life they’re building together, rooted in meaning, surrounded by beauty, and shared with the people who matter most.

It was truly an honor to capture Kalle and Ryan’s wedding at The Club at Hillbrook. It’s a day I will always look back on with joy and grattitude!
